With one of our vehicles out of warranty and having an issue we were very concerned, especially since it was a unique problem a dealership would charge a mint for. The entire team, from Melissa at the desk to the mechanic that completed the work, kept us updated on their progress and got us back on the road quickly and under quote when they could (rightfully) have charged twice as much. Bill and his staff are the kind of folk that make Wichita what it is.

Got me right in to see what the issue was and got it taken care of so quickly! I thought I'd be without my vehicle forever. Worked with my insurance and made it so easy! I'll definitely be using them next time I need any work done.

THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced with any auto shop. Fast service and accurate diagnosis of any issues you’re experiencing. When my car was ready they even went out of their way to bring it to me! The receptionist Amber in particular had me sold instantly with her understanding, kind words and compassion for my situation. Went in for an AC recharge. One of the few places in town that can do this on a hybrid vehicle. I quoted a few other places and they were all significantly higher in price. Bill set me up the morning after I called for an appointment and had the recharge done in 45 minutes. Great, friendly service at a very fair price.

Bill cares about his name and it shows. You get everything in writing on your phone, no BS, and they actually care. I won’t go anywhere else, as it’s rare to find this kind of integrity these days in this town.
